The architecture of the building is interesting.
The restaurant (no espresso in the morning).

Great location, great ambiance, friendly staff, the bar and the restaurant could have been better.

The room was huge and I loved the shampoo and conditioner. Great drinks made in the bar too!
That even with a great price from Priceline I couldn't afford to stay longer.

Checking out.
No heat working in the room. Housekeeping staff knocking on my door at 8:00am after a very late night. No late night room service.

Night front desk person unable to give proper driving directions from 3 blocks away. They had a problem with the heat. It only blew cold air. I was shivering in the room. When I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout, I was told that yes there was a problem with the heat and they acted like it should have only been a minor inconvenience. After getting in late, there was no room service available. I requested a 10am wakeup call, but housekeeping felt it was OK to knock on my door at 8:00am. I will never go there again if I can help it. ...read more

Older hotel with modern upgrades. Beautiful.
Lots of traffic at rush hour made it difficult to access entrance.

Beautiful modern upgrades in a historic hotel. Very convenient to Heinz Field, PNC Park and Rivers Casino. Highly recommended.
